Have a meeting, conference,
training day or even a child's birthday party at our unique venue

Equipment

A flip chart, flip chart pens, white board, overhead projector, slide projector, screen, televison, video, DVD player and an extension lead are available for loan by prior arrangement. Please indicate what you require on the booking form.

We do not have Powerpoint equipment available for loan.

On the day of your event please bring a copy of your expected attendance list with you.

Catering Arrangements

If you require refreshments or catering for your meeting |please indicate this on your booking form.  We will pass your details to the staff in the cafe (operated by Thyme and Day Ltd - telephone 07595 727990) who will contact you to discuss your requirements.

Booking

Please contact us on Leicester (0116) 257 2888 to check whether your preferred date is free before completing a booking form.  We can provisionally book the room pending receipt of your full details on the form. When we receive your confirmation booking form, an acknowledgement will be sent.
