Viewing Planning Applications using PublicAccess
PublicAccess is our online internet service which provides details on current planning applications. It allows you to search planning applications by application number, address and using the interactive map. PublicAccess also enables you to comment on a current planning application, follow the progress of an application, search a weekly list of applications that have been validated or decided and view details of decisions made.
Using the Associated Documents tab you will be able to view all planning application decision notices from 1 December 2005.
To enter PublicAccess please read the copyright notice below and accept the following statement and copyright notice.
The online planning history contained on PublicAccess is incomplete and must not be used as a substitute for carrying out a formal 'Land Charge Search'.
No responsibility will be taken for any errors or omissions in the planning history information obtained from PublicAccess. Similarly the information contained within PublicAccess does not constitute a formal notification of a planning decision, and as such any actions taken as a result of information displayed on the site are undertaken entirely at the viewer's own risk.
Not all properties can be viewed on the map (for example new housing).
