Examination
Development Plan Documents (DPDs) set planning policies in local authority areas. independent planning Inspectors must look at all DPDs that local authorities in England prepare. The inspection is the last stage in the preparation of a DPD.
Programme Officer
The Programme Officer is an independent officer with responsibility for overseeing the Core Strategy examination and acting as liaison between the council and the Planning Inspectorate.
