Consultation
During the Examination Hearings into the Oadby and Wigston Core Strategy a number of potential amendments to the DPD were proposed. The Inspector is currently considering whether the document needs to be amended to make it legally compliant and sound, and has requested that the these changes be advertised and consulted upon.
The consultation will run from Wednesday 18 May 2010 for 4 weeks to Wednesday 16 June 2010.
Representations
Representations at this stage should be limited to the wording of the proposed changes. Representations can be made in writing to the Programme Officer, Oadby and Wigston Borough Council Offices, Station Road, Wigston LE18 2DR. Alternatively representation can be submitted by email (programme.officer@oadby-wigston.gov.uk|) or by fax (0116 288 7828).
Representations received after 5pm on 16 June cannot be accepted.
