- Oadby and Wigston Borough Council are looking to recruit Two Project Support Officers to support our Waste Transformation project on a fixed-term contract until 31st October 2024. This role is based at our offices at Brocks Hill Country Park. The role is to provide advice and guidance on enquiries from residents by telephone, and other digital platforms relating to household waste and the increased enquiries that will be generated from the waste transformation project as well as providing routine administrative support to the project. The successful candidate will have relevant administrative and customer service experience in a previous customer service role, dealing with customers in a variety of ways including face to face, over the telephone and other digital methods.
