Calling all bakers! Enter your best bakes into our competition on Saturday 31 August as part of our Oadby Food Festival for the chance to win some amazing prizes from local businesses!

Just drop your entry into Oadby House from 12pm - 1.45pm on Saturday 31 August ahead of expert judging at 2pm.

We will also be holding a junior competition at the festival for those aged 8-15 from 12pm - 3.30pm - budding bakers can decorate a mini cake to take away, and win some treats from Bru Oadby!

There will be a maximum of five participants per session, book your spot by signing up outside Oadby House at the Churches Together in Oadby stall on Saturday 31 August!

What else is happening at the Oadby Food Festival?!

Head down to The Parade from 12pm - 4pm on Saturday 31 August to sample treats from local shops, restaurants and cafés, enjoy entertainment from Harborough FM, meet local community, faith and wellbeing organisations - as well as meet M&S' Percy Pig!

The festival is taking place to celebrate the launch of Taste the Place in Oadby & Wigston, a Leicestershire-wide campaign to showcase all the culinary delights our county has to offer!
