How to pay
Payments can be made using your debit or credit card.
Please note that Mastercard have introduced changes which have increased the time it takes to authenticate payments. To allow the payment time to process, all customers paying by card are advised to wait for up to 30 seconds before pressing the 'submit' button when they see the below screen. If your initial payment fails, please attempt the payment again with a longer wait.
Alternatively, you can pay by both debit and credit card using the telephone on Leicester (0116) 257 2850.
