This page gives information on the Planning Appeal process that can be followed should you be aggrieved by a Council Planning decision.
If the Council has refused your planning application or has granted planning permission subject to a condition which you are not happy with, you can appeal the Council’s decision with the Planning Inspectorate. The Planning Inspectorate is an independent government body that will review a planning application and decide whether the original Council decision is correct or not.
