Employment Land Availability Study
The study monitors the availability and distribution of employment land, including the amount of floor space that has been completed each year. For the purpose of this report, this includes the following land uses established by the Town and Country Planning (Use Classes) Order 1987 (as amended April 2015):
B1: Business use and light industry
B2: General industrial
B8: Storage and distribution
