Ben Clark-Monks – Selective Licensing Team Leader

“The Council sponsored me to start an Environmental Health Practitioners Degree Apprenticeship at the University of Wolverhampton so I could qualify as an Environmental Health Officer. Following a further interview for Team Manager, I was successful and my structure proposal was adopted. I have been able to make several key changes to improve the authority’s processes.”
